Bruh, reflect is the single best spell in kh2. It was so busted that they couldn’t put it in kh3

One thing that should be heavily considered is Sora's voice. I know they didn't have much of a choice, but Sora's voice being deeper in Re: Chain of Memories both doesn't make sense (CoM takes place literal hours after the final events of KH1), and kinda spoils that surprise in KH2.

Actually you don’t need to do good at all on the classic minigames to get the trophy or the keyblade. All you need is a high score which makes it even easier😂

reflectaga is insane, 360 barrier, giant hitbox, you can chain multiple to extend the duration of the barrier on top of (pretty sure) using certain attacks in between barriar activations to further extend the time out and damage given, in certain drive forms you can move while using it, you can activate it in the air, it uses very little mp, does a ton of payback damage in every direction allowing you to clear large groups of heartless and melt bosses Don't believe me, look at any kh2 garden of rememberance speed run. Reflectaga is used in every fight, and is often used in boss loops to help melt their health. also kh3 you can basically just say magic, magic like fire and water were extremely cheap, extremely strong and gave access to grand magic which was all busted

Thunder on triangle is nasty work

An interesting mention for KH1 speedrunning. EXP Stop limits all XP gains but after executing a combo your next attack deals double damage... Except with spells, it doesn't expire. Yes it breaks the rules against summons but some bosses can be nuked by doing a combo and then summoning either Genie or Mushu to burst them down. You can actually beat Oogie Boogie in about 25 seconds or Ansem 1 in less than 40 seconds with this strat.

This game was never sold on the eshop, to my knowledge.

I definitely think we'll see terra and aqua again, even when ven regains his memory they aren't just going to let him go off on his own.

I actually think the original gba version is better, simply because it doesnt look like a lesser KH1. Being on a weaker system means that everything just appears more unique, the sprite work is different, the card system plays more like a beat em up rather than a clunky kh1, the soundtrack has a different vibe to it.

MelonDS also has a new mod for it specifically for this game called KH Melon Mix, i'd seriously recommend you check it out! Native controller support, new textures, and it all plays on one screen smoothly, allowing for a very very mainline KH game feeling gameplay. Been following the development pretty closely and i've loved everything they've done to the game, done it in a way that really takes nothing away from the original experience, only enhances it for people to get into it easier and give it said chance!

Because of how stats cap in Re:Coded, you don't need to grind levels at a certain point. Trophy chips and major +stat chips are easily able to get you close if not actually at the 400HP 200ATK,DEF,MAG cap by the time you've beaten the Hollow Bastion sector with Ultima Weapon and Olympus's 30 layer run. There's also going for the 100 Floor Avatar Sector, but that requires minimum a 2nd DS and copy of Re:Coded, since there aren't enough defaults available if you have just those. But if you're going for that you should be at max stats by the end of it. Speaking from experience btw, I've actually done that 100 Floor challenge

Great video, i remember farming some of these mission locations. Played this game on release. Really enjoyed the gameplay on the DS and story. It helped that my brother and i followed the story and played the Coop missions together, helping each other on missions with strategies and notes. Also helped both of us keeping notes on the farming locations like this video. Anyone wanting to play on the DS, highly recommend finding an fellow Organization buddy to play together. Makes the heartless-hunting work days go by faster.

In the post credits scene of DR, it first said that Ephemer was Xehanort's great-great grandfather. But in an update it changed it to say that he shares a bloodline with him. I don't think he's ephemer's son but he def is a descendant. That then turns to question over to who his mom is (Like is she skulds descendant or like her we didn't know about's sisters descendant). Cause then it also turns into like, did skuld come to scala before becoming subject X assuming she is subject X. It's trippy when you start diving into it

Honestly Xion’s death is so sad! I cry at nothing, but I was shedding a few tears while watching this. The movie really robbed us of some of the best scenes, the most popular scene (at least from what I’ve seen) that they cut out is in beasts castle where Roxas gives Xion his keyblade and picks up a stick to fight with leading to Xion saying probably one of the most popular quotes in the entire series “Roxas, that’s a stick…” Also if you think about it Roxas is really saying ‘who else will I be friends with’ in the end because he asks Axel what friends are and Axel says ‘people who eat ice cream and talk about stupid stuff’ so it’s a lot sadder… Also let’s just turn our attention to the final boss form Xion took on… how’d she get that big?! It doesn’t take a genius to tell that’s not an average size… also I think some part of Xion was holding back on Roxas because she drained all of his power, so how did he beat her? It’s just a theory however… Anyways, great video and have a great day!

I'm also a little torn with this new concept as much as I want to like it, but here me out: I think Sora will STILL be just a normal kid chosen by the keyblade by accident and not by nepotism or however people call it, but it could help clear out other characters!

i absolutely agree, the way i see it a keyblade shouldn't be earned by nepotism, but rather the fact that a character is true to themselves (which you can also think as the strength of their hearts), that way a good guy, a bad guy and a nobody call all weild them without contradictions. i could even elaborate on this if the opportunity presents itself.
